HELLO strangers, how are you all?
WELL WELL WELL, its been a long long long time, college I tell you it takes over ALOT of time, but I have been keeping updated on the going on here on blogger, and of course I have been organising some blog posts.
ANYWAY there is a purpose to this post its to ''advertise'' the wonderful and beautiful Amy's new website. Amy (Dazzledust25)a fellow Irish lass has recently started her own AMAZING website that is updated amazingly regularly (Thanks Amy, many a study time in the college library has been spend browsing your posts ;) ).

AMAZING NEWS
okay okay do any of you rememer be writing about been accepted to a certain college back in december and how I was incredably excited about the entire prospect etc. How this college was the best in ireland for journalism....WELL! I applied for there scholarship, not having a single inch of believe in myself but without this scholarship I could not afford the 18thousand euro fees for the 3year course, plus commute money , it just was'nt feasable...
My birthday was on tuesday and was a lovely day I saw my best friend looking incredable as she went to her debs. Seriously I actually shed a tear because she looked so amazing! Keara Dont ever get married it could kill me haha....
On the Wednesday I was sitting on the Bus heading into town, it was cold and extremely wet out, was'nt feeling the greatest, was tired etc... Anyhow as the bus took of from my stop I day dreamed out the window when I heard
'' boom boom pow'' singing to me, i strugged to find my phone, and once I had reached it I noticed a dublin number was calling me, a number I did'nt recongnise..I've a strange thing about answering unknown numbers or numbers I don't recognise, but for some reason I decided I needed to answer this call.
''Hello there Becky?''
''Yes?''
''Hi there its Niamh calling here from independent colleges''
At this point I could feel my heart race to a beat I had never experienced before, not even on a saturday night.
Niamhs voice was calm, and for some reason I felt this was it, dreams shattered you have'nt got it. I started to instintly prepare what would be appropriate to say once she had told me that I had'nt been choosen for there scholarship (they give one out a year).
Our conversation continued and she begain to tell me about how they had,had there scholarship meeting that morning etc..
ANYWAY I suppose at this point I shoulf hurry this woffle up slighty..........
''Becky I delighted to inform you that you have been selected to offer the scholarship to this year''
''WHAT?? OH MY GOD''
''haha yes becky, unfortunantly you did'nt actually make one of our requirements entirely to do out higher bachelors degree in journalism, but you where incredably close, And for this reason we would love to offer you the scholarship to cover this course''
'OMG OMG OMG OMG'' my mind goes slighty blank at this point, and I do remember alot of people looking at me very strangely.
To sum this shocking news up for you, I have been offered a 22,000 euro scholarship to Independent college, that covers me for my entire 3year degree!!!
I'M STILL IN COMPLETE SHOCK AND DISBELIEVE!!

its my birthday:)
Hey guys its my birthday today YAY, I'm 19! And as my brother so kindly put it in my card, your almost 20 which means your almost half way to 40..Thanks Dave ... haha
This year is the start of some much after starting school on the day of my fifth birthday this year is the first year I wont be in school for my birthday, obviously saturdays and sundays not counted but I've always started school on the 1st of september. Strange knowing that, that prospect is now a distint memory. I start college on the 14th, the taught of this excites me, makes me extremely nervous and also baffles me. I have no idea what to expect from college life, what bag is approaprate, what clothes wont be frowned upon, if I wear alot of make-up will i look as though I'm trying to hard, etc. These little things that I really really don't know what to expect regarding.
One of the gorgeous bloggers i follow starts her college adventure today. The same girl I have blogged about in the past. During the leaving cert talking to one any of my friends about the stresses and straines of the leaving cert was a simple NO NO, Aoife on the other hand was the one girl I reached to talk to when things got to much, when a test was strangly, strange and when the hard hit reality that 'this was it' started to kick in.
During the exams themselves we would comment to eachother on how that day went, cheer eachother up if things where dismil and congratuate when we felt confident.
Today she betweens college life, and Im anxiously awaiting for today to be over so she can like during the leaving cert, relax my nervous.. GOOD LUCK AOIFE!!! And as we keep telling eachother, WE'VE DONE IT!!
So as I lie in bed at five to eight, my mother, brother and sister still singing 'happy birthday to you, happy birthday to you happy birthday dear becky happy birthday to you' Im excited, not alone is it my birthday but its the begining of year where I start the 'find yourself journey' and spark the college life I've been excited and nervous about for the past 15years!
PS:my best friends debs is today, ie Keara from a pervous post,(the girl whose make-up I did).She is going to look increbably stunning and I cannot wait to see her!!Love you long time Solider (private joke) ...

Hello I'm back
Well well well, How are we all doing?
Firstly I need to apologise for not blogging in what seems like FOREVER. This summer has been one, let's just say it's been eventful to say the least. Anyway this recession has prevented me from having very little retail experiences and therefore I haven't had the chance to haul or have new products to review. I started working full time but that's now finished (was costing me more to work then I was getting paid for), I couldn't go to my debs i.e. Prom as it was financially impossible, Had some friends and family drama, and I start college on the 14th so basically its been just ONE OF THOSE summer's.
It's my birthday on Tuesday YAY, I'm turning 19 and even though I don't think I will be receiving any gifts (again recession) HOPEFULLY I will have the chance to do a little bit of shopping....
I have a few bits I will revies for you beauties today, off to find my phone conecter (oh yes my camera is broken to) so I can upload some images as this blog is looking as old as my granny's attic........

money money money
Hey guys,
Sorry its been so long since my last post, had alot going on in my personal life. Anyway as everyone knows where in a recession:(.Thats tainted word has been broadcasted by every means for a number of media broadcasters.
This recession is proving more difficult then I could ever imagin unfortuantly..
I have definantly tighted my belt over the past few months and had my own project 10 pan, but unfortunantly mine was'nt by choice..
Anyway this week, EVERYTHING decide to run out, foundation, powder, facial scrub, make up whips, lipstick, lip gloss, vaseline, favorite bronzer, mascara! haha
So now i need to rob a bank in order to fund everything again....Okay maybe I wont robe a bank but I certainly need to look at other means..
So this is where my beautiful followers come in, I need you to suggest more pocket friends options to replace my make up...
In Ireland we have a debs(prom) in you final year after the exams, mine is the 5th of august, the fancy expensive dress,the limo,hair,nails,tan,date everything is expected and yesturday i had to canel going so naturally Im feeling very down about missing such a exciting night in a teenage girls calender...
